Slowly, the cat is out of the bag. IT companies have shown least interest in recruitment from IIT campuses. As reported in Business Standard on 25-Feb-2008.

Attrition is a common phenomenon in any company – particularly in those which are knowledge intensive and difficult to work jobs.
BPO and Call centers face a perennial problem of attrition. Attrition and the rising rupee are creating huge problems for the software industry.
