1. Scale is important. If you look at the top grossers, all are players with huge investments. So, Indian companies have to scale up to keep getting business.

Slowly, the cat is out of the bag. IT companies have shown least interest in recruitment from IIT campuses. As reported in Business Standard on 25-Feb-2008.
