I was pleasantly surprised to read a column where an young CEO of isource, a company which offers transcription services has emphasized in an interveiew that BPO is here to stay. Slowly, the cat is out of the bag. IT companies have shown least interest in recruitment from IIT campuses. As reported in Business Standard on 25-Feb-2008.
